Niagara Falls to Hamilton, January 6 1964
The sender wrote "Reg'd Mail" on the envelope and probably posted it in a mailbox. The Niagara Falls post office did not register the cover. However, the Registration Branch at the Hamilton office registered the letter and taxed it 35 cents, the single deficiency.
