Some rates and fees to the United States, Great Britain and the Empire, and UPU destinations during the Arch issue period are shown in this post.

1. United States

a) Letter

i) To June 30, 1931

The letter rate was 2 cents for each ounce.

ii) From July 1, 1931

The 1 cent War Tax was reimposed on letters to the United States. The letter rate was 3 cents for the first ounce and 2 cents for each additional ounce.
